Position Summary:
Provides leadership to the Employee and Labor Relations team and aligns all work to support a highly-engaged workforce and organizational culture. Partners with HR Directors and HR Leadership to accomplish business and strategic objectives. Provides expertise in the areas of coaching and positive employee relations to the employee relations team and front line leadership.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related degree. Prefer a Masters or professional degree (MBA or MA) in Human Resource or Organizational Development or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading HR professionals. Successful track record working in a large, complex organizational structure.Prior labor relations experience preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience working in employee relations
