This is a per diem position on the day shift. Some weekends will be required.
Position Summary:
The Food Service Worker II is responsible for food production, food portioning as well as various duties to support food production. The Food Service Worker II provides excellent customer service to ensure that department quality initiatives and goals are met. Specific duties may include cashier, warewashing/pot pan washing, patient tray service and catering. Employees are required to handle all types of food products, including pork, shellfish, beef, poultry, seafood, vegetable, and any other food products.
Education:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Basic ability to speak and understand the English language is required.
Experience in a food service setting preferred. Must have a least one year of experience in customer service.
